I am your friend, sister, and daughter- Tolulope Afolabi-Akinwumi, a published Author, Writer, Editor, Academic Researcher, and Content Specialist/Strategist. My unwavering interest in women, their projection, and their place in society constitute the foundation for this magazine's bricks.

As a woman of many paths, I have worked as a Course Advisor at Lagos State Employment Trust Fund-GIZ; Programme/Outreach Associate at STEMJets; Content Writer at May University Press, and currently with Ekiti State Internal Revenue Service as a Communications Specialist.

Amongst the laurels bagged to my name are, Best Graduating Student (BGS) of the Department of English and Literary Studies (EKSU) in 2018 and a Finalist Certification in the World Youth Essay Competition 2018.

I own and manage "Comfort World Educational Services", a foremost EduTech firm in Ekiti State, Nigeria.



Wuraola Apejua, ACA, MSc, is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in financial reporting, management accounting, and tax practice. 


With over a decade of broad experience in the public and private sectors, her industry footprint spans energy (oil and gas), educational, financial /external audit, and non-governmental organizations.  Wuraola has honed her skills in high-end financial records management, statutory and internal audits, payroll management, tax compliance, and risk assessment. 


Her career includes pivotal roles such as Head of Financial Reporting at the Ekiti State Internal Revenue Service and Senior Accountant at Ekiti State Polytechnic.


Wuraola's academic journey, with a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree from Bowen University, underpins her practical expertise. She is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds several certifications in finance and accounting.



Her love for finance is fueled by a commitment to operational transparency and high-quality service delivery, particularly in SMEs, which has resulted in the establishment of her consulting practice at SPARKLEGOLD CONSULTING to assist small and medium-sized businesses with accounting and basic business skills.


As your finance columnist, Wuraola hopes to share her views and experience with readers, providing a comprehensive understanding of fundamental accounting skills, financial management, tax tactics, and Nigeria's ever-changing landscape of financial legislation.


Her goal is to empower individuals and businesses with the knowledge they need to make sound financial decisions and achieve sustainable growth.



Akinwumi Moyinoluwa Oluwatunmise (R.N, R.M, CFP, B.NSc). A Nurse-Midwife who currently works in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of the Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido-Ekiti, Ekiti-State with years of experience in the Nursing profession with added specialization in Midwifery. She obtained her Nursing Diploma at the College of Nursing, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. She proceeded to specialize in Midwifery at the State School of Post-Basic Midwifery, Asubiaro, Osogbo, Osun State. She then obtained her Degree in Nursing at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Oyo State.

Moyinoluwa is passionate about healthy living, safe motherhood, and attaining optimum health and wellness using her skills as a seasoned health educator to enlighten the general public and serving as a volunteer in different health outreach programs at various capacities to achieve health for all
